On the nose
Legacy “De Alambique” (50% ABV) is a symbol of purity,
embodying the coherence and honesty of a true tequila. On the nose, it presents the sweetness of cooked agave and agave fibers, followed by mineral and fresh herbal notes from raw agave, dried coriander seeds, and red apple.
On the palate
On the palate, it is an unparaleled discovery-a journey never beforeundertaken. It embodies the essence of agave, surounded byminerality and lactic flavors like buter, red and green apple, whichgently blend with ripe banana. Elegant and delicate flavors of peach, mint, bread, and cinnamon enhance its complexity. The body is unctuous, leaving a long, lingering finish. Expression, sweetness, and honesty define this tequila, which we proudly cal “De Alambique.”
