On the palate
A pleasant sweetness from an excelently cooked
agave welcomes us, unveiling a myriad of flavors such as minerality, vibrant notes of green apple, lemon, and orange juice, with an elegant finish of subtle hints of banana and pineapple. Accents of mint, pepper, and dried chili round out the experience.
